Hi All,

I have deployed Biztalk accelerator 2009 on 64 bit machine.
I created a receive location with File adapter, and BTSHL72XReceivePipeline.

I am getting following error

The Messaging Engine failed to create the receive adapter "MLLP".
InboundAssemblyPath: "F:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk 2009 Accelerator
for HL7\Bin\Microsoft.Solutions.BTAHL7.MLLP.dll"
InboundTypeName: "Microsoft.Solutions.BTAHL7.MLLP.MllpReceiver"
Exception Details: "Could not load file or assembly 'file:///F:\Program
Files\Microsoft BizTalk 2009 Accelerator for HL7\Bin\Microsoft.Solutions.
BTAHL7.MLLP.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a
program with an incorrect format."

What needs to be done to correct it

The HL7 Adapter will not run on x64, please mark the host you are
going to run it in as x86 (32 bit).

Oh, and if you are ready to complain about that, please feel free to
call your local account rep and see if you can get them to change it.

It is sad at this point that this is the only information anywhere on
MICROSOFT.com on this issue, since most enterprises running this would be
using 64-bit.

I am waiting to hear back from my Microsoft Rep--

Yes, you can still run your enterprise version of BizTalk, you simply need to
create a host that runs in 32bit mode and you can continue processing data.
