Install HL7 Accelerator on Vista

Hi BizTalk HL7 developers,

I am having trouble installing the BizTalk HL7 Accelerator Enterprise 1.3 on
Vista Ultimate. I have installed Visual Studio 2005 Pro, SQL S005
Enterprise, and BizTalk Server 2006 R2. When I start the HL7 installer,
everything works great until I get to the screen when you enter the name of
the database for the HL7 Accelerator. After entering the correct username
and password, I click on the next button, but the installation program will
not continue to the next screen. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone
else Install the HL7 Accelerator on Vista? Also, I was able to get HL7
Accelerator installed on Windows XP SP2.

four things.
1) The accelerator was never testing on Vista, and you may have
various issues during installation. i.e. your mileage may vary
2) Are you sure we are talking about version 1.3? Version 1.3 only ran
on BizTalk Server 2004 and needed Visual Studio 2003 (.Net 1.1). you
need the HL7 Accelerator 2.0 for 2006 R2
3) You should not install the Enterprise Edition on your desktop,
especially Vista, you should be installing the Developer edition
4) I highly recommend that you do all of your development in Virtual
PC. Please go ahead and download the VPC (2006 R2) from Microsoft and
start with that. That way you have a full development environment that
is supported.

2006 R2? I s it on the MSDN subscribers download site ?

Its on the BizTalk DVD under Accelerators.
On the Enterprise version it is under D:\Accelerators\Enterprise\ I am
sure it is in similar places on Developer and Standard.
